Meatballs and Parms
Choose a set of juicy balls or one of our double dipped herb crusted parms….we throw in a side of spaghetti, a fresh salad and a warm garlic roll to finish it off. This is by far the best deal in town.
Our ‘balls’ are pretty big and made with the finest mixture of imported Beef and Pork. We blend this with our own blend of herbs and spices. Add a bit of sourdough to bind them and plop in a few eggs. Next we delicately stew these balls of love in our own “Sunday style” tomato sauce.
Some call it schnitzel, some call them Parma’s and some even call them Katsu…
but we all know it’s the Italians that started it all.
We start off by breading a generous portion of imported pork, farm raised chicken or locally grown eggplant with homemade breadcrumbs and our secret blend of herbs and spices. We then crisp it up to perfection and follow it up with your choice of spicy or classic tomato pomodoro. Now comes the best part….we smother that with a generous mix of mozzarella, parmesan and provolone Cheeses.
