Our adobo starts off with the freshest ingredients cooked slowly using garlic, scallion, black peppercorn, soy sauce and our own coconut vinegar. We cook this slowly to bring out the true flavors of adobo…this ain’t no fast food…this is a premium adobo. We add lola’s home style radish and papaya pickles and a marinated soy egg to finish it off. All you have to do is pick garlic rice or plain rice.
