What is AbacaEats?
AbacaEats is a virtual food hall where you can get all sorts of great food and products from across all our restaurant brands and our new brands of multiple cuisines, delivered right where you are in just one click!
How do I use AbacaEats?
So easy! Just go to abacaeats.com, sign up (we’ll ask for your name, address, contact number, and email. No worries, we’ll only use the information for AbacaEats) and bam, you’re inside our virtual food hall! Jump into one brand or cuisine to the next, and order to your heart’s delight! We’d advise you to not order too much but it’s just so much fun!
How does AbacaEats work?
It’s as easy as 1,2,3!.. ok , and 4
All available brands can be mixed and matched in one order transaction. Go to any and all brands you prefer, and pick your items. Here at AbacaEats, you get all the good eats from multiple cuisines in one click. Extra delivery fees and hidden charges for multiple deliveries are now a thing of the past.
Put all your choices in the cart by clicking “Add To Cart’. If you have special requests or instructions, you can specify them with each item. You can even name who gets what.
Checkout and Pay
Do a final check of the contents of your cart, and when you’re good with your choices and instructions head on to Checkout to make your payment. AbacaEats prefers going cashless, you may pay using any of your debit/credit card (VISA or MasterCard), or e-wallet (PayMaya, GCash).
Scheduled Deliveries / Bulk Orders
We can only accommodate regular sized orders for IMMEDIATE DELIVERY on the site.
If you’d like to place a bulk order and/or an order with a scheduled delivery, please call our command center any time between 10:00am to 9:00pm every day at +63.920.958.3122 and 632.342.2222 for immediate assistance. Please do not email as it may get buried.
Please note that Limited Time Offers, Discounts and Promos are only applicable if the Delivery Date of an order falls under the “period covered” indicated in the T&C of those promos and discounts.
So, your order is complete (Thanks!). Our AbacaEats central kitchen will now prepare your food and carefully pack it with our usual love and exacting standards. Once it's ready to go, our third-party delivery service will bring your food right to you.
Please note that we will do everything to deliver your order as fast as we can. Typically, with normal order sizes and barring any unforeseen difficulties like rain, etc., the average time it takes from ordering to delivery to these areas are as follows:
IT Park / Cebu Business Park:
30 - 40 minutes
Ramos / Fuente:
45 - 50 minutes
Guadalupe/ Banawa / Pardo:
50 minutes - 1 hr
AS Fortuna / Banilad:
30 - 40 minutes
50 minutes - 1 hr

Basak /Mactan Airport:
1 hr and 20 - 30 minutes
These are to serve as general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
What is the cut-off time for ordering?
We are open to accept orders and deliver every day from 10:00 AM until 8:59PM only.
Where do you deliver?
For now, our delivery range covers Cebu, Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, Talisay and Consolacion areas. Please experience exploring abacaeats.com to see if we can deliver to your area.
How do you deliver?
Our expertise is making food and to ensure that it’s delivered to you tasting and looking as good as when we prepared it, we have tapped the best third-party delivery service in the country.
How much does delivery cost?
A delivery fee of Php 89.00 will be applied for Cebu and Mandaue City orders while Php 189.00 for Lapu-Lapu, Talisay and Consolacion orders.
Is there a minimum order value with AbacaEats?
There is a minimum order of P269 pesos in AbacaEats.
What are the accepted payment methods in AbacaEats?
AbacaEats accepts a variety of cashless payment methods like Debit/Credit Cards (VISA and MasterCard), PayMaya, GCash, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Please note that orders with Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, has a maximum limit of 2,000. We cannot serve orders over 2,000 with COD due to the limitations of our third-party delivery partner.
All COD orders may incur a nominal fee of Php 50.00 charged by our third-party delivery partner as their Cash Handling Fee.
How is the food packaged?
Packaging always depends on the type of food you’ve ordered. We take great care that the packaging maintains correct temperature for as long as possible. So that the food arrives to you looking and tasting as good as it did when it left our kitchen.
About My Order
What if I have food allergies?
For most meals that you order through AbacaEats, you’ll be able to add special instructions to let us know about any modifications you may need. We will do our best but cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate them. Please note we use nuts, soy, shellfish, dairy and wheat in our production facility and if you are allergic you probably should use common sense like you would with any product you purchase or consume.
What if something is wrong with my order?
We have a dedicated team that looks after your entire AbacaEats experience, from the moment you place an order right through to it arriving to you.However, we do understand that sometimes things might go wrong. We’re here to help. Just contact our support team by calling our Customer Care Center (032-342-ABACA) or email us at email@example.com or go to “Contact Us” on the website and we’ll take care of your issue.
What if I want to make changes to my order?
We are unable to make changes or cancel orders once placed as we start the cooking process immediately. We ask when ordering that you are absolutely sure and check your order carefully before completing it.
What if my order is unreasonably delayed?
Sometimes things outside of a delivery service’s control can cause a delay. Where we can, we will always try and proactively call you if we become aware that your order might not arrive within the estimated time of delivery, and our team will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
What if I’m not around when my order arrives?
We will need to handover your order to a person. You may share the code issued for your order with any person you authorize to receive it. And we will give them your delivery with that identification.
We will always try to call you if we encounter an issue while in transit or once they reach your delivery address. Please check your phone and email during the delivery time for updates.
The delivery service will leave the delivery point with your order if they can’t contact you and are unable to hand over the order. In this event, you’ll still be charged for your order and it will be non-refundable. To prevent this from happening, it’s always a good idea to double-check your contact information and address details.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we do not currently allow orders to be picked up by customers.
Do I need to tip my courier?
Although tips are not required, our delivery service providers work very hard and would appreciate your tips as 100% of it goes to them.
Will the driver bring the meal to my door or inside my office?
Our third-party delivery service provider will bring your order to the designated place. You can always meet him/her at the curb.
