At Red Lizard, our philosophy is pretty straightforward and simple, we love Mexican food and we have dedicated ourselves to bringing you traditional flavors by paying homage to the Mexican food that has been served for generations. We use that tradition as inspiration to showcase flavors from different regions of Mexico as well as the taco culture of southern California and deep Texas. 

We start with a homemade flour tortilla and stuff it with Mexican rice, sour cream, salsa Roja, refrained beans and creamy queso....all you need to do is choose a filling.
