We double dip our boneless chicken thighs  (yep, that’s pure chicken not bones like everywhere else) in our specially seasoned flour after a good bath in our homemade tangy buttermilk. We then fry it to perfection and offer you a choice of  one or two pieces, have it spicy or original - add a side dish and starch and sauce of your choice. We even throw in a soft roll for all the carb junkies out there.
